Cairn brand watches – repair under guarantee

Please note that glasses and watch straps are not covered under guarantee.

If you are returning a Cairn brand watch for REPAIR UNDER GUARANTEE, please return it securely wrapped in some bubble wrap (not in the presentation box) with a note indicating the problem you are experiencing.
A note of your telephone number and e-mail address will also be useful in case of queries.
Please note: Any watch being returned for a repair under our 12 month guarantee must be accompanied by our guarantee card or original order number/ receipt (for your convenience a photocopy or image is acceptable).
Any repair sent to us without this will will be charged at the prevailing rate.
*** If sending from overseas (outwith the United Kingdom) by a carrier eg UPS, FedEx etc, please ensure you tick the box marked “Sender Pays” as we will not accept any packages where duty or shipping charges must be paid. When filling in the Customs form, you *must* add “Watch FOR REPAIR” or we will be charged duty on the full value of the watch which we will have to pass on to you before we can return your watch.
There is no need to schedule a repair.
The warranty covers all parts (excluding those listed above) and labour.

Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for your goods before we receive them.
Any other brand sent to us will be returned untouched and you will be charged for it’s registered postage.
