If on receipt of your goods you are not delighted with them, you may return them for a full, no questions asked, refund* within 28 days of the date of the sales receipt.

Conditions

You must enclose your sales receipt (a photocopy is also acceptable) and the original packaging. The item must, of course, also be in pristine condition.
Please note that the item/s must arrive at the address below within 28 days of the date of the invoice which will have arrived with the item/s.

To return an item under our 28 day money back guarantee, please send the item securely wrapped in its original packaging to:

Please be sure to enclose your sales receipt which arrived with the products. (a photocopy is also acceptable). This would be on the outside of the package in a "Documents Enclosed" see through pocket.

For your own security, please be sure to obtain a receipt from the post office where you mail it and take insurance for the appropriate amount. We cannot be responsible for goods which do not reach us.

*** If sending from overseas by a carrier eg UPS, FedEx etc, please ensure you tick the box marked "Sender Pays" as we will not accept any packages where duty or shipping charges must be paid.
